DeMarino is the author of A Place In His Heart\, book one of The Southhold Chronicles\, published by Revell/Baker House Publishing. The series is based on her ninth great-grandparents\, Barnabas and Mary Horton. She will be signing her second novel in the series\, To Capture Her Heart\, a tale of love\, legend and lore\, set in Southold\, Long Island in the era of tall ships and divided loyalties.
